Students must be dressed in a neat and clean manner. Appearance shall not be disruptive to the educational process. A student wearing disruptive clothing will be referred to an administrator. (District Policy 3224)
Dress Code

Hoods and head coverings that obstruct the face are prohibited. Other types of headgear, like baseball caps and headscarves, are permitted.

Clothing must fully cover undergarments and private body parts.
- No undergarments, swimsuits or clothing that appears as such allowed.
- No tube tops. Straps or sleeves are required on all tops.

Footwear must be worn at all time and be appropriate for the student's activity.

- Any items that are evidence of a membership in or affiliation with a gang are not allowed. (This list is subject to change)
- "Laugh Now, Cry Later"
- "Mi Vida Loca" or "My Crazy Life"
- Clothing / Accessories with 13, 14 or 18
- Hanging Belts
- Rosaries displayed as jewelry (permitted if not visible)
- Bandanas and Hairnets
- Gang Tattoos
- Teardrops on skin or accessories (including sketches)
- Red or blue shoelaces
- Buttoning only the top button of a shirt
- Gloves worn inside
- Clothing or accessories of a sexual nature are not allowed.
- Clothing, jewelry or accessories advertising drugs, alcohol or tobacco or demonstrating obscene language, harassment, hate speech or violence are not allowed.
- Clothing or items with double meanings (innuendo) are not allowed. Examples may include, but are not limited to:

- "1488"
- "Let's Go Brandon"
- Trench coats are not allowed.
- Any items that are evidence of a membership in or affiliation with a gang are not allowed. (This list is subject to change)
NOTE: Clothing must cover the body, as described while a student is sitting, standing, bending or reaching.
