Tiger Cub Preschool
Tiger Cub Preschool is part of the Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP), Washington's pre-kindergarten program that prepares 3- and 4-year-old children from families furthest from opportunity for success in school and life. The Department of Children, Youth and Families oversees the program.
Our preschool students receive:
- Increased social-emotional, physical and pre-academic skills.
- Health screenings so each child can fully focus on learning.
- Family guidance that helps with self-sufficiency and building their children's success.
- Tiger Cub Preschool is available to children in the Ephrata School District area that are 3 or 4-years-old by August 31 and who are from families from low annual income or who have developmental or environmental risk factors that could affect school success.

Applications for Tiger Cub Preschool are completed on-line using the forms below. This process requires families to upload:
- A photo of the child's birth certificate
- Documentation of income from the last calendar year or past 12 months (tax return, W2, unemployment income, child support, disability income, SSI income, retirement income or any state assistance for food or housing).
