Students must be dressed in a neat and clean manner. Appearance shall not be disruptive to the educational process. A student wearing disruptive clothing will be referred to an administrator. (District Policy 3224)
Dress Code
NOTE: Clothing must cover the body, as described while a student is sitting, standing, bending or reaching.

Hoods and "beanie hats" must be removed in the building.

Clothing must cover the stomach, back, shoulders, chest and undergarments. Shirts with oversize arm holes, spaghetti straps, and/or exposed midriff are not allowed. Neck lines must not be lower than the armpit. See-through clothing is not allowed.

Pants, shorts, skirts and dresses cannot be see-through. All garments must have an inseam or drop of at least three inches. Any holes in these garments must occur lower than the three inch drop/inseam.

Footwear must be worn at all time and be appropriate for the student's activity.

- No sunglasses, hoods or bandanas (not including hair bands worn in building).
- Students are not allowed to wear any gang-related items. (See District Policy #3224).
- Any item of clothing or accessory deemed to be a health or safety hazard, or a learning distraction to others, will not be allowed. Trench coats are not allowed. Chains are not allowed.
- Clothing and/or accessories displaying or making reference to alcohol, illicit drugs, tobacco or clothing displaying profane, vulgar, discriminatory or sexual language or pictures shall not be worn.
- No costumes or masks unless allowed by an ASB special day.
