Ephrata High School proudly recognizes Marla Allsopp for 10 years of dedicated leadership as Drama Director at Ephrata High School.

During her tenure, she directed more than 34 productions, supported student growth in comedies, dramas and musicals and helped build a thriving, inclusive theatre program. From innovative remote performances during COVID to award-winning shows like Grease and the Spring One Act Showcase, her impact has been lasting and meaningful.

She also expanded student access, improved facilities and technical resources and created more opportunities for students to participate in theatre.

“Marla has transformed the EHS drama program into a place where students are not only performers, but storytellers, leaders and collaborators," said EHS Principal, Ashlie Miller. "Her legacy is one of excellence, inclusion and inspiration that will continue to shape our school for generations.”
