Skyward Registration Instructions

1. Click this "Register for Ephrata Schools" link to get started.
2. You will be taken to a page that looks like this:

3. Add your legal name and contact information.
4. Add your email address
5. Click the orange button that says "Click here to submit Account Request." You will then be prompted to check your email. Login to your email account open an email from "do_not_reply@ephrataschools.org." It will have your credentials to login to Skyward. Make sure to keep the 5-digit code included in your email. You will need it on the login screen. The email should look like this:

1. Click this "Register for Ephrata Schools" link to get started.

3. Add your legal name and contact information.

1. Click this link to login to Skyward Family Access. Use the credentials from the confirmation email or pop-up screen (see the two steps above).

1. Complete the questions asked in the application form. All questions with * are a required. You will not be able to move on if these questions are unanswered.

2. After filling in information regarding your student's name, gender, birth date, birth city and state and contact information you will see a question that says " *Federal/State Ethnicity (select all that apply)." Click on the blue link that says "Select Federal/State Ethnicity." A screen will open that allows you to select as many ethnicities as needed. Once you're done selecting, click the orange "Save" button and then the red x to move to the next question. The Federal/State Ethnicity screen that looks like this:

3. The next question asks for "State Race: (select all that apply)." Click on the blue link that says "Select State Race." A screen will open that allows you to select as many races as needed. Once you're done selecting, click the orange "Save" button and then the red x to move to the next question. The State Race screen looks like this:

4. Complete the remaining questions and then click the orange button that says "Complete Step 1 and move to Step 2: Family/Guardian Information" to move to the next step.

1. Complete the questions asked in the application form. All questions with * are a required. You will not be able to move on if these questions are unanswered.

2. Complete all questions. If you'd like to add another legal guardian, press the orange "Yes, I want to add another legal guardian who lives at this address." If you do not need to add another legal guardian, press the orange "No other legal guardians live at this address" button.
3. To complete this section, press the "No, Complete Step 2 and move to Step 3: Emergency Contact Information" button.

2. If you'd like to add more than one Emergency Contact, click the orange "Yes, I want to Add another Emergency Contact Record" button.
3. To complete this step and move on, click the orange, "No, Complete Step 3 and move to Step 4: Additional District Forms" button.

1. Click on each of the forms listed and complete the required information. Once complete, click the "Save" button before closing out of the form. If you've saved successfully, a blue checkmark will appear next to the completed form.

2. After completing each form, press the orange "Complete Step 4" button to advance.

1. Fill out the form by responding to the questions asked.
2. Click the "Save" button in the top right corner to save and move to the next form.

1. Fill out the form by responding to the questions asked. Use the drop downs arrows next to each question to select your answer to the question.
2. Click the "Save" button in the top right corner to save and move to the next form.

1. Once you've completed each step, press the orange, "Submit Application to the District" to complete this process. Once you submit, you will no longer be able to edit any information.
