ParentSquare
Streamlined communication for Ephrata School District familiesThe Ephrata School District has adopted a new, unified school-to-home communications platform called ParentSquare. This change comes as ParentSquare acquired our previous provider, Remind.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOU?
ParentSquare replaces Remind and brings together all your school communication in one safe, easy-to-use place. It's designed to keep families informed, engaged and connected with Ephrata Schools.
WITH PARENTSQUARE, YOU CAN:
Receive messages from your school via email, text and/or app notification
Choose how you receive updates - immediately or in a convenient daily digest at 6 p.m.
Communicate in your preferred language automatically.
Send direct messages to teachers and staff.
Access school and class information, calendars and more - all in one, centralized platform!
Our goal with ParentSquare is to unify and simplify communication tools so you can stay connected easily with news, activities, classroom updates and events from your student's school - all in one place.
GET STARTED: Who is Using ParentSquare?
Ephrata Families, Students and Staff are automatically enrolled in ParentSquare - no sign up is required.
As a parent, you will be automatically enrolled, and receive communication from ParentSquare.
In additions to communication from your Student's teachers and schools, your ParentSquare account also provides you with emergency alerts. These alerts will be used to communicate weather delays, school closures or other emergency situations.
As a student at EMS or EHS, you will be automatically enrolled, and receive communication from each of your teachers that use StudentSquare.
All communication will be sent to your @ephrataschools.org email address or through the StudentSquare App if downloaded. You may also choose to receive text messages from your teacher or school by adding your phone number to your StudentSquare account. You can respond directly to these messages to talk back and forth with your teacher, if your teacher allows this for their class.
