Conferences

Spring Conferences for all K-12 schools are scheduled for March 5, 6 and 7 and classes will be dismissed early each day.

Make plans to attend upcoming conferences at your student's school! All K-12 Scheduled conference times are listed below by school. Families can expect to receive specific information about these sessions from each school soon.

Conference Schedule by School

EPHRATA HIGH SCHOOL

Drop in and register for 2025-2026 classes. Staff will be on-hand to meet with students and families

Wednesday March 5: Conferences from 12:30 - 6:30 p.m.
Thursday, March 6: Conference from 12:30 - 3:30 p.m.

Lunch Time on Conference Day: 11:20 - 11:50 a.m.
School Release Time: 11:50 a.m.

EPHRATA MIDDLE SCHOOL

All families are asked to schedule student conferences in Skyward beginning Wednesday, February 19

Wednesday, March 5: Conferences from 12:30 - 6:30 p.m.
Thursday, March 6: Conferences from 12:30 - 3:30 p.m.

1st Lunch Time on Conference Day: 10:45 - 11:15 a.m.
2nd Lunch Time on Conference Day: 11:20 - 11:50 a.m.
School Release Time: 11:50 a.m.

PARKWAY INTERMEDIATE

Staff will contact students who are required to attend a conference. Families that wish to schedule a conference can do so in Skyward beginning Wednesday, February 19

Wednesday, March 5: Conferences from 12:15 - 3:15 p.m.
Thursday, March 6: Conferences from 12:15 - 6:45 p.m.

Lunch Time on Conference Day: 11:22 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
School Release Time: 12:05 p.m.

COLUMBIA RIDGE ELEMENTARY

Staff will contact students who are required to attend a conference. Families that wish to schedule a conference can do so in Skyward beginning Wednesday, February 19

Wednesday, March 5: Conferences from 12:40 - 3:30 p.m.
Thursday, March 6: Conferences from 12:40 - 7:20 p.m.

Lunch Time on Conference Day: 

  • Kindergarten: 10:50 - 11:20 a.m.
  • First Grade: 11:25 - 11:55 a.m.
  • Second Grade: 10:35 - 11:00 a.m.
  • Third Grade: 11:05 - 11:25 a.m.
  • Fourth Grade: 11:35 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

School Release Time: 12:05 p.m.

GRANT ELEMENTARY

Staff will contact students who are required to attend a conference. Families that wish to schedule a conference can do so in Skyward beginning Wednesday, February 19

Thursday, March 6: Conferences from 12:15 - 7:25 p.m.

Lunch Time on Conference Day: 

  • Kindergarten: 11:00 - 11:25 a.m.
  • First Grade: 10:30 - 10:55 a.m.
  • Second Grade: 10:45 - 11:10 a.m.
  • Third Grade: 11:15 - 11:40 a.m.
  • Fourth Grade: 11:30 a.m. - 11:55 a.m.

School Release Time: 12:05 p.m.

TIGER CUB PRESCHOOL

NO FALL CONFERENCES. AM and PM classes run as usual.
