New Student

Welcome to Ephrata Schools!

This process is only for new students that are not currently enrolled at any school in the Ephrata School District. If your student is just changing schools or grade levels within the district, you do not need to complete this process. If you are applying to attend school in the Ephrata School District, but live in a different school district, please complete the Choice Transfer forms here.

NOTE: REGISTRATION FOR THE 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR
DOES NOT OPEN UNTIL APRIL 15. 

Enrollment/Registration Guide

We are excited to welcome your child and family to our schools!

For families seeking to enroll their child at Tiger Cub Preschool, call (509) 754-7547 or visit the Tiger Cub registration page to begin the enrollment process. 

All online forms must be completed before they are submitted. 

Once the online forms are submitted, we will contact you to set up a time to visit the school and provide the following records to complete your child's enrollment:

• Age- and name-verifying documents (i.e. a religious, hospital, or physician’s certificate showing date of birth; an entry in a family bible; an adoption record; an affidavit from a parent; a birth certificate; previously verified school records; or any other documents permitted by law.)
• Medically verified immunization record (one of the following):
  • Print out from a state immunization registry (WA Immunization Information System (IIS) or MyIR)
  • Health care provider signed and dated immunization card
  • Clinic printed immunization records 
• Proof of residency (utility bill, lease agreement, etc.)
