Annual Updates

Each year, families of returning students must complete Ephrata School District's Annual Update, for each student, for the coming school year. Students registered on or after April 8, 2024 for either the 2023-2024 or 2024-2025 school year have already completed this process and do not need to do so again.By completing these forms, you will:

  • Acknowledge district policies that impact your student, including:
    • Attendance and truancy
    • Computer usage 
    • Receipt of student handbook
    • Parental rights to review surveys
    • Weapon and drug free zones
    • Granting permission for participation in local field trips
    • etc.
  • Inform Ephrata Schools of any health concerns your student may have (formerly the printed purple form)
