All requests for records except for student records and transcripts shall be directed to the Ephrata School District Public Records Officer.

Some Public Records may be obtained from the Ephrata School District’s website without an official Public Records Request. The following are frequently requested records available by clicking the following:

  4. Collective Bargaining Agreements
  5. Transcripts

 

Public Records Act Exemptions
Certain information is exempt from disclosure by law. Pursuant to RCW 42.56.070(2), “An agency’s failure to list an exemption shall not affect the efficacy of any exemption.”  A list of public records act exemptions can be found at 42.56.230-.480.
