During this week's School Board meeting, Ephrata School District administrators and board directors took time to recognize long-time board member, Bill Correll. Monday’s meeting was Correll’s final as a board member. He is stepping down after 37 years of service to Ephrata Schools.

Did you know that swift action in an emergency can double or even triple a person's chance of survival? That's why Ephrata Schools regularly conducts CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED (Automated External Defibrillator) and First Aid training for our staff and coaches. At a recent class, Pam Cleveringa, a member of our school nursing team instructed a room full of staff from across the district on the skills they will need in the event of an emergency.
