Superintendent Message to the Community - May 4

A group of EHS graduates throw their caps in the air

Tiger Families: Today, Ephrata Schools recognizes Certified Employee Appreciation Day. This is a chance to recognize those who work directly with students every day.

These are the people many families know well. They are teachers in classrooms, counselors, nurses, librarians, psychologists, therapists and other specialists who support students not only in their learning, but in their overall well-being.

Their work is often what happens between the lessons: noticing when a student is struggling, taking time to listen, adjusting instruction, coordinating support and helping remove barriers so students can keep moving forward. It is steady, relationship-based work that takes patience  and long-term commitment.

In every one of our schools, these staff members help create environments where students are known, supported and challenged to grow. We are deeply grateful for the difference they make every day.

If you have the opportunity, I encourage you to take a moment to thank them for the difference they make for our kids.

TIGER PRIDE TODAY. TIGER PRIDE ALWAYS
