Superintendent Community Message: March 31

Tiger Community:

Thank you to everyone who took the time to participate in our facility study planning survey. Your voice is essential as we prepare for the anticipated 2026 bond. We want to ensure that any proposal we bring forward is the right fit for Ephrata—one that meets the needs of our students and district while also making sense for our community. 

To do that, we are working closely with our project manager, architect and financial consultant, using data-driven decisions to guide our planning. In Ephrata, we believe in solutions that are both practical and forward-thinking. Your input helps us get there.

Right now, we’re also asking for family feedback on our recent parent/teacher/student conferences. Personal experiences matter, and the goal is to make sure these conversations are as meaningful and effective as possible. Those who haven’t yet shared feedback are encouraged to take a moment to complete the school surveys:

• Grant Elementary

Ephrata is a place where every voice matters. I appreciate the continued support and engagement of our Tiger community.

And as a reminder – Spring Break is coming up April 7-11. I hope it provides students, families and staff a well-earned opportunity to rest and recharge.
