Season's Greetings and good morning.
As I sit in my chair early this morning I had the following thoughts, so I thought I'd share them with you.
- We don't know people's starting 'condition,' so start with love and kindness; it's always right.
- Leadership Moment
- Leadership begins with me!
- How am I leading myself?
- How am I motivating myself?
- What is my positive self-talk?
- Am I catching myself doing things right?
- Do I assume personal responsibility for myself?
- I HAVE TO LEAD MYSELF WELL BEFORE I CAN LEAD OTHERS WELL.
- Leadership begins with me!
- What do I intentionally do everyday?
- What I do everyday for 5 years I will become. This statement begs the following reflective questions:
- What am I becoming? Positive? Thankful? Loving? Honoring? Respectful? More excellent at _____________.
During this season choose to be others-oriented! Love much, give generously, and assume positive intent.
