Healthy Youth Survey Coming October 20

đŖ Tiger Families: This October, students in grades 6, 8, 10 and 12 will be invited to take the Washington State Healthy Youth Survey. The survey gives students a chance to voluntarily and anonymously share about their wellbeing, behaviors, attitudes and experiences at school and in the community.

The survey is voluntary and anonymous.
â
It helps schools and communities understand student needs and improve programs that support youth.
â
Families who do not want their student to participate may opt out.
Survey Date for Ephrata Schools:
Monday, October 20, 2025 at EHS, EMS and Parkway Intermediate.
