Ephrata School District Seeks Community Input on Future Facility Needs

The Ephrata School District is inviting families and community members to participate in a survey designed to gather input on the district’s facility needs and priorities. The results will help shape discussions about potential projects that could be addressed in the next school bond, anticipated for the February 2026 ballot.

The survey, which opens for comment on Monday, March 3, seeks feedback on key facility-related issues, including aging infrastructure, capacity needs, safety improvements and modernization efforts.

“Our schools play a vital role in the success of our students and the strength of our community,” said Superintendent Ken Murray. “This survey is an opportunity for families, staff and community members alike to share their thoughts on what’s most important for the future of our facilities. We want to hear from as many voices as possible to make informed decisions that reflect the needs of Ephrata.”

The district encourages all community members - whether they have students in Ephrata Schools or not - to participate. The survey will remain open through Friday, March 14 and responses will be reviewed as part of the district’s planning process.
