EHS Volleyball on to State!

EHS Students celebrate with EHS Volleyball team

The Ephrata Tiger volleyball team defeated the Clarkston Bantams 3-1 on Saturday to advance to the WIAA 2A State Championships for the second consecutive season. The #15 seeded Tigers (14-6) will face the #2 seeded, and defending champions, the Columbia River Rapids (19-1) this Friday at 10:45 a.m. at the Yakima SunDome. If the Tigers win, they will play at 8:45 p.m vs the winner of  North Kitsap vs Enumclaw. If Ephrata loses match 1, they will play at 5:45 p.m. vs the N.Kitsap / Encumclaw loser.  For ticket information, brackets, livestreaming and more, visit the (click here).

Join us for the volleyball state send-off on Thursday, Nov. 17. The team will leave the high school with a police escort around 9:00 a.m. Students will gather in the EHS commons prior.

On Friday the EHS ASB is sponsoring a student rooters bus to watch the Tigers in the SunDome. Students must turn in a permission slip to the office by noon on Thursday. Fans not attending the contest can watch the matches on the NFHS Network. Go Tigers!
