Community Use of Outdoor Facilities

Community Use of Outdoor Facilities
Currently, all indoor Ephrata School District Facilities are closed to public use until further notice as a precautionary measure to help mitigate social contact and minimize the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
Currently, all OUTDOOR facilities that the community normally has access to for recreational use are open, such as the track, tennis courts, batting cages, playgrounds, etc.  Please practice social distancing guidelines to maintain a safe environment.

The use of outdoor facilities may resume by submitting a Resume to Play Plan. In addition, all players, coaches, and volunteers must sign a Release and Waiver of Liability Agreement. To schedule use of a field, please submit all required forms to Cathy Wulf at . Requests submitted without required documents will be declined.
