Ephrata School District dining services will strive to advance the availability, quality and acceptance of school meals and nutrition programs as an integral part of education. We will operate in an efficient manner with proper controls so that maximum meal value and nutrition can be provided within our budget.
Our biggest challenge is to never lose sight of our goal of providing good nutrition!
